TP Tutors is looking for a Fully Qualified English Teacher to provide meaningful, targeted tuition in Lincoln. Whether it’s building exam confidence or supporting a young person who’s lost their love of language, your sessions will be more than just lessons — they’ll be lifelines.

This role suits someone who can think outside the box, meet learners where they are, and adapt English content for students who might be working at very different levels.

The pay rate for a tutor varies from £25-£30 per hour, dependant on experience, roles and the demands of the student. We would ideally like educators with a drivers license, as travel may be required depending on where the tuition may take place.

Requirements for the role:).

-          A desire to promote and encourage, as well as motivate themselves.

-          An excellent grasp and understanding of the English Language.

-          An Enhanced Child Workforce only DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase one via TP Tutors (support for obtaining one can be provided).

-          A strong subject knowledge of the specialism and curriculum of your choice.

-          Experience of working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH and other additional needs.

-          GCSE delivery experience (Desirable) and UK Delivery experience (Essential).

-          Professional references from your most recent employers, totalling 24 months from a 10-year career history.
