We’re seeking an English specialist with experience or a passion for supporting SEN learners in Lincoln. You’ll bring creativity, patience, and adaptability to deliver tailored English tuition, from literacy catch-up to functional skills, working with pupils who may have autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs.

You’ll work in supportive environments, delivering sessions that build confidence, improve skills, and spark a love of learning — all with the backing of a dedicated team and full planning support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
