Job description

Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas (e.g. North Hykeham, Nettleham, Waddington)
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Contract: Part-time, flexible tuition (term-time and holiday options)

Support learners across Lincoln with high-impact, one-to-one or small group tuition.
We’re looking for passionate Fully Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) to deliver bespoke, targeted tuition to children and young people across Lincoln and nearby communities. Whether you're supporting catch-up learning, SEN provision, or re-engagement for students outside of mainstream education, your role is vital.

Lincoln remains a key educational centre in the East Midlands, but the area also faces challenges in pupil attendance, attainment gaps, and post-COVID learning recovery. You’ll be helping the students who need it most, through meaningful sessions that build confidence and progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
