Calling all passionate Primary Teachers in Lincoln!
Are you a Fully Qualified Teacher with a love for 1:1 or small-group teaching? Ready to make a real difference in children’s lives outside the traditional classroom?
We’re working with local schools and support services in Lincoln and surrounding areas to provide focused, high-impact tuition for pupils who need it most — whether that’s to catch up, build confidence, or support complex needs.
Whether you’re looking to tutor full-time, part-time, or just a few hours a week, we can match you with meaningful opportunities that suit your schedule and strengths.
We’re Looking For:

Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
-
Confident in delivering tailored lessons in Maths, Reading, and Writing
-
Able to engage learners from diverse backgrounds and needs
-
Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
-
Up-to-date safeguarding training
-
Experience with SEND/SEMH pupils is a bonus
-
Driving licence helpful but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
