Job description

Do you believe every child deserves the chance to thrive, no matter the barriers they face? Grantham is a town with a diverse mix of schools — from central academies to rural village primaries — and many learners here need tailored SEND support to reach their potential.

We’re looking for compassionate and skilled tutors who can deliver bespoke 1:1 and small group tuition for learners with a range of SEND and SEMH needs. You’ll be supporting pupils who may have disengaged from mainstream classrooms, helping them to rebuild confidence, develop new skills, and find their path back into learning.

In Grantham, where SEND provision is vital across both town and rural communities, your role will be key in giving students the time, space, and encouragement they deserve. Whether you’re an experienced teacher, tutor, or someone with specialist SEND knowledge, your adaptability and empathy will make all the difference.

Pay: £25–£30 per hour (daily rates also available)
Location: Grantham and surrounding areas
Support: Safeguarding, planning guidance, and regular communication with our experienced team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
