About the Role

TP Tutors are seeking experienced and dedicated 1:1 Tutors to support students across the Daventry area. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for flexible, part-time work during school hours, while making a meaningful impact on students who require additional support outside of mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions in Maths, English, or Science (GCSE level)
Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
Support student engagement, confidence, and academic progress
Provide feedback on progress where required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ UK teaching or tutoring experience
Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science
Experience supporting students with SEN/SEMH (desirable)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Excellent communication skills and a flexible, patient approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
