Job Title: 1:1 Tutor (Home/School Setting)
Location: Corby
Hours: During school hours (flexible)
Pay: Competitive (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to support pupils in the Corby area. This role involves delivering personalised, one-to-one tuition either in the pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours.

You will be working with students who may require additional support to improve attainment, build confidence, and re-engage with their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions
Plan and adapt lessons based on individual learning needs
Monitor and report on student progress
Create a positive and engaging learning environment
Liaise with parents, schools, and support staff

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring)
Strong subject knowledge (English, Maths, or Science preferred)
Ability to motivate and inspire learners
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience supporting SEN or EHCP students
