Unlock Your Path to Academic Success with TP Tutors - All-Round GCSE Tuition

Are you an experienced tutor with a passion for helping students succeed across a range of subjects? TP Tutors, a division of Teaching Personnel, is seeking dedicated, all-round GCSE tutors to provide tailored, one-on-one tuition to students in Alnwick. This is your opportunity to support students in achieving their full academic potential, across multiple subjects, and make a significant impact on their educational journey.

Why Choose TP Tutors?

At TP Tutors, we are committed to providing personalised support for both our tutors and students. We are looking for talented, versatile tutors who can teach across a broad range of GCSE subjects, including Maths, English, Science, History, and more. Here’s what makes TP Tutors the ideal platform for your tutoring career:

Tailored Support Across Multiple Subjects: As an all-round GCSE tutor, you’ll have the opportunity to work with students across various subjects, helping them improve their knowledge and exam skills. Whether it's guiding them through complex Maths problems, enhancing their writing skills in English, or breaking down scientific concepts, your expertise will be invaluable in supporting their academic success.

Expertise in Managing Challenging Behaviours: Every student learns differently, and some may present with behavioural challenges. If you are skilled in creating a positive, supportive learning environment and managing students with diverse needs, you’ll be able to build strong relationships with your students, enabling them to thrive academically.

Creative, Engaging Lesson Plans: We understand that students have different learning styles. As a multi-subject tutor, you will have the flexibility to create engaging, personalised lesson plans tailored to each student’s strengths and areas for improvement. Your ability to bring creativity into your lessons will make a huge difference in keeping students engaged and motivated across multiple subjects.

Flexible 1:1 Teaching Approach: One-on-one tuition allows you to work closely with each student, giving them the individual attention they need. You will be able to pace lessons according to their understanding, focusing on areas where they need the most support, while also helping them build confidence in their academic abilities.

Calm, Patient Approach to Teaching: Patience is key when helping students work through difficult topics across various subjects. Your ability to provide calm, consistent support will ensure that students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their knowledge in a relaxed environment.

We recognise the hard work and dedication our tutors bring to their teaching. As a member of the TP Tutors team, you will enjoy:

  • Competitive hourly rates starting at £25, paid weekly.
  • Flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.
