Graduates needed for trainee Teacher roles
Here at Teaching Personnel we are recruiting for graduates for our new Future Teachers Programme. The programme is open to all graduates who are considering a career in Teaching. There is no time limit as to when you received your degree - we welcome anyone who is looking for a change in career.
Your degree could be in something that is relevant to a particular subject, English, History, Maths etc. Or it could be in something relevant to education and childcare or psychology. In fact we welcome all degrees - the main criteria is a genuine desire to make a difference through teaching and a good work ethic.
So what does it involve?
You will work via us at any one of our affiliated schools in a support role - think Teaching Assistant, technician, instructor, intervention roles, tutor (to name but a few possibilities), for a period of one term to one academic year. Via us you'll be introduced to a wide variety of schools across all sectors and age groups, you'll receive a competitive daily rate of pay and continuous support. After your time is complete if you are successful you'll be taken on permanently by the school on a teacher training course.
