We are looking for a new candidate to join us as a Special Educational Needs Recruitment Consultant in Hull to assist in the resourcing and recruiting of quality teachers and support staff for local schools; with the aim of raising educational attainment.
The role will require a high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region; resourcing and recruiting quality teachers and support staff and carrying out interviews. You will also undertake regular face-to-face client visits whilst building relationships with key decision makers in schools; and creating quality marketing and advertising.
We are looking for individuals who are educated to a Degree level. You will ideally have experience in working with / supporting children or adults with SEN or have a close personal connection to SEN. The role will involve undertaking regular meetings in SEN Schools and spending time with the young people to better understand the needs of the pupils, the school and its requirements.
