Trainee Learning Support Assistant Needed in Cardiff!
Location: Cardiff
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only)
Pay: £90 - £95 per day
Start Date: September 1st

What You’ll Do
As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, you’ll support students aged 11–18, many of whom have Additional Learning Needs (ALN) such as:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Dyslexia
- Emotional and behavioural difficulties
Your role will involve:
- One-to-one and small group support
- Assisting with classroom learning
- Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in education, healthcare, social work, learning support, or youth work
- A passion for helping young people learn and grow
- Willingness to complete essential training (fully funded by us)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (support provided)
