Teaching Personnel are the biggest recruitment agency for teaching staff in the UK. We offer flexible working options to fit your own personal requirements. We have a variety of long term, short term and day to day supply roles in the Hertfordshire area, all working within a long list of brilliant local SEN schools.

We are currently seeking to recruit people interested in working within a Special Education Needs setting. No qualifications are necessary, though if you have previous experience or feel confident in at least 3 of the following then don't hesitate to get in touch...

  • Youth/Community work experience
  • Youth Offending Service experience
  • Support/Care Work
  • Special Education Needs Experience (either within a work or a personal environment)
  • Experience in assisting people with social, emotional and mental health issues (either within a work or a personal environment)
  • Sports coaching, qualifications or experience
  • Mentoring/Tutoring
  • Teaching/Learning Support Assistance
  • Challenging behaviour outside of a school environment
  • Outgoing personality
  • Proactive
  • Degree in Psychology or education.
