Team Teach trained Support Assistants required in Accrington!

Teaching Personnel work exclusively with two Schools in the Accrington area who are both seeking Teaching Assistants but they MUST hold their Team Teach qualification. A Team Teach qualification lasts 24 months and this must be valid before applying for this role.

The Schools cater for pupils of all age groups and they often have SEMH Difficulties, Autism, Behavioural Difficulties, ADHD and ODD. The Schools are seeking hard working, confident, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants with experience using de-escalation techniques and be qualified in Team Teach.

The Schools are easily accessible via public transport and have ample on site parking for drivers. The Schools are looking for full time members of staff who are looking for a long term, if not permanent role in a forward thinking School setting. The pupils in School will display challenging behaviours and therefore it is paramount that the candidate is experienced in dealing with challenging behaviours.
