About the Programme

This 2-year salaried teacher training programme is designed to develop confident, skilled, and knowledgeable English teachers.

You will:

The Role

As a Future Teacher of English, you will:

• Support and deliver English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5)

• Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors

• Develop skills in lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management

• Inspire students through literature, language, and creative expression

• Play an active role in the wider school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
