The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to:
-
Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
-
Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged
-
Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
-
Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
No planning or marking required – just bring your confidence and presence!
✅ What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and classroom confidence

Experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, etc.)

A calm, professional approach to behaviour management

Reliability and a proactive attitude

Degree-level education is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
