Secondary Teacher – Llanelli & Surrounding Areas | Flexible Supply | Teaching Personnel

Are you a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety and rewarding classroom experiences? Teaching Personnel is seeking skilled educators to work across a range of welcoming secondary schools within Llanelli and the surrounding Carmarthenshire areas.

Whether you specialise in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, Welsh or any other subject — we want to hear from you!


The Role

As a Secondary Teacher on supply, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Follow school policies and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to new classrooms and teaching styles
  • Provide general cover, planned lessons or subject-specific teaching
  • Use effective behaviour management techniques
  • Support student progress and wellbeing
  • Maintain good communication with staff and Teaching Personnel

This role suits both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to build experience across multiple schools.


What Schools Are Looking For

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or FE teaching qualification
  • Strong subject knowledge and confident delivery

Driving is desirable due to travel between schools.
