Teaching Assistants needed for secondary schools across the Doncaster area to work on a full time and part time basis. The schools we are working alongside are looking for bright, ambitious, caring and professional Teaching Assistants to work under the guidance of qualified teachers, with identified individual and groups of students.

Responsibilities of this role will be:

• Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis in lessons
• Directly working alongside teachers to develop activities and lessons
• Motivate and encourage pupils
• Provide personalised learning experience for pupils

Your role as a Teaching Assistant will incorporate working in mainstream lessons supporting the teacher, preparing resources for identified pupils and working closely with low ability students in the class. You will also be given the opportunity to cover lessons with pre-set work, in order to improve classroom management skills and behaviour management strategies, as well as gaining invaluable experience to further your career within the education sector.
