Due to an increase in demand from our schools, we are urgently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to work at SEN schools in Salisbury.

Supply work offers flexible employment, where you can work when you choose, as often as you choose. Supply teaching enables you to take control of the hours you work, giving you time to focus on any other extra-curricular activities you may wish to pursue without losing touch with the classroom.

Types of Roles: Supply work can take on many forms, from day to day emergency cover to short term cover for a few days at a time. We have roles that sometimes become extended to last a few weeks if covering sickness. These can sometimes lead on to longer term placements, if this is something you are open to.

You will need to have a flexible attitude, be a good team player and have excellent organisational skills, with a can-do approach and be ready for anything.

The successful applicants are expected to:

• Have experience working in schools OR have extensive experience working with individuals that have special needs.
• Be committed to schools objectives and ethos
