The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in creating a positive, nurturing learning environment. Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you’ll help students reach their potential — academically, socially, and emotionally.

Why Work With Us?

✅ Ongoing training, CPD, and full induction
✅ Supportive, welcoming team with a “family feel”
✅ Opportunity to make a real difference every single day
✅ Competitive pay and access to Teaching Personnel benefits

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience — just the right mindset, passion, and resilience. Experience with Early Years (EYFS) or working with autism is a bonus, but not essential. We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Compassionate, patient, and flexible.

  • A great communicator who can build strong relationships.

  • Positive, energetic, and ready to get involved.

  • Keen to learn and grow in a rewarding career in education.
