Teaching Assistant
Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a large number of schools and Multi Academy Trusts across the North of Sheffield. Due to the high volume of work we currently have available, we are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants for positions to support the learning and development of students in both KS1 and KS2.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants with experience supporting across a range of Primary settings, who can positively contribute to raising attainment in various Key Stages, supporting the class Teacher in the delivery of engaging lessons. Other responsibilities include delivering structured activities to support English, Phonics and Maths. You may work with children who have been identified as having Special Educational Needs, so experience in this area would be desired. You will need to challenge and motivate children in your care, to reinforce self-esteem and encourage them to take part in whole class activities in a positive manner.
To apply for this role, you must hold a minimum of a Level CACHE qualification or equivalent, with experience in supporting in educational settings.

- Experience working with children in a classroom or nursery setting
- Able to motivate and inspire children
- Keen to develop own skills - willing to undergo additional training
- Good diary availability
