Have you always wanted to work as a Teaching Assistant in a School but have never had the opportunity? Or have previously had work experience in a School and are now looking for a full or part-time role?

IF YES, then please read on as I am currently recruiting and appointing for several positions in a Dorset, based in SEN Schools.

What we offer:

  • Teaching Assistant self-driven training (non-certified)
  • Full or part-time positions, short-term, long-term and sometimes permanent positions

The role:

  • Full time, part-time or flexible work
  • Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) - this can vary from a more care based position within a school to supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)


  • A desire and passion to ensure pupils have access to the best education
  • A desire and passion to ensure pupils with SEN have the life skills to gain the best for their future
  • A passion for supporting pupils with SEN
  • You're own transport or a reliable lift - The School cannot be accessed via public transport

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
