Daily supply SEN teaching assistants required in Reading

The opportunity to develop professionally through CPD training and working in a variety of settings.

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for day to day supply cover teaching assistants who are willing to work with students between the ages of 4-18 with a variety of special educational needs in schools across the Reading, Wokingham & Bracknell area.

The candidates must be flexible and have a engaging personality as they will need to be able to adapt to the different environments they will find themselves working in. An understanding of the variety of complex conditions involved with working with SEN pupils is desired and a background in this line of work is preferable. This role will be challenging but highly rewarding as you will get the opportunity to gain experience in a range of settings and improving the outcomes for a number of students.

Each one of SEN School are very different and unique and cater for a range of additional needs, including:

- Autism - Social, Emotional & Mental Health Difficulties - ADHD - Moderate Learning difficulties - Profound and Multiple learning disabilities

If you are willing to get involved with the schools and be pro-active with the children in assisting them in all areas of their learning and social ability this is the role for you.
