The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
✨ Support pupils across the classroom to help them engage and succeed in learning
✨ Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and interventions
✨ Provide one-to-one or small group support where required
✨ Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
✨ Encourage confidence, independence, and personal development in pupils
We're Looking For
✔ Experience working with children or young people (school-based or transferable experience considered)
✔ A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
✔ An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
