Teaching Assistant Position: Ofsted 'Outstanding' School: Reading
An Outstanding Special School for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities are looking for teaching assistants to support them for the new academic year.
All their pupils' primary need is a learning difficulty with almost half also having Autism, some learners have physical disabilities and there are a number of other needs that the school caters for.
The school are currently looking for staff to support in their Early Years Department. Candidates with specific EYFS experience as well as SEN experience should definitely consider applying. The role will be full-time and it will be starting in September.
Successful candidates will be supporting the class teacher with the delivery of classwork but will also be assisting specific pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
