Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a part-time position in Gainsborough. This role involves providing tailored support to a Year 3 pupil with SEN, helping them to overcome learning barriers and thrive in the classroom environment.

About the Role:

• Position: Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Gainsborough
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 12:30
• Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one support to a Year 3 pupil with SEN, assisting with academic tasks, promoting engagement and progress, and collaborating with teachers to implement personalized learning strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting the educational and emotional needs of students with SEN.
• Availability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, during the specified hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
