Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant for Year 3 Pupil in Gainsborough

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a part-time position in Gainsborough. This role involves providing tailored support to a Year 3 pupil with SEN, helping them to overcome learning barriers and thrive in the classroom environment.
About the Role:
- Position: Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Gainsborough
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 12:30
- Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one support to a Year 3 pupil with SEN, assisting with academic tasks, promoting engagement and progress, and collaborating with teachers to implement personalized learning strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting the educational and emotional needs of students with SEN.
- Availability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, during the specified hours.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
