Learning Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel have a client Secondary School in Coleshill currently looking to hire LSAs to work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with children who present challenging behaviour and require additional support with their learning. The position will be full time to start after February half term and will be until the end of the academic year.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will be reporting to the SENCO at the school. The SEN coordinator is looking to hire someone with the following education, experience and attributes:

• Over 6 months experience working as an LSA (or similar position)
• Any SEN experience is preferable
• A friendly and personable learning support assistant with a good attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
• Able to travel to Coventry on a daily basis.
• Available full time from the end of February 2020 till July 2020 (there will be an opportunity for a permanent position from July 2020 depending on performance).
