Teaching Personnel are extremely happy to announce that we are recruiting for A Full time Primary Teaching Assistant  for a single form entry primary school in Norwich. You will be joining a team of committed staff who thrive on making learning fun and engaging. You will be an integral part of this “good” school which prides itself on providing a safe and enriching learning environment in which all of its pupils are able to reach their full learning potential. You would be providing support to a year 4 class consisting of 22 pupils.

Role requirements:

• Full time position (8.15-3.30) starting in September
• Behavioural/classroom management throughout the day
• Offering support to small groups of pupils
• Occasional 1:1 sessions with selected pupils
• Adhering to the visions and values of the school
• Creating a fun/safe learning environment
• Monitoring the development and progress of the pupils and reporting this back to the Teacher

The ideal candidate for the role:

• Experienced Teaching Assistant (Level 2)
• Experience within a Primary school setting
• Knowledge of the Uk curriculum
• Prior experience working with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Experience working with SEN
• UK address and right to work
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Safeguarding training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
