Do you have experience in a Teaching Assistant role and you want to take on a new challenge?
Or perhaps you’re a graduate seeking placement within a school in order to gain experience?
We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants and NQTs in the Southampton area. If you are a graduate or have experience with children and young people aged between 4 and 16 or any SEN experience then we are keen to hear from you.

- Teaching Personnel have a range of CPD courses which you can access when registering. Our range of courses not only help you develop your CV and teaching skills but also open up so many more opportunities for you!
- Future Teachers Programme- We help graduates onto paid teacher training courses with excellent links to local training schools.
- GBP50 Referrals- For every person you refer to us, we will give you GBP50!
- We enjoy working alongside our schools and candidates to help you get the best work for the best rate. We are a helpful and friendly team who are committed to finding you your ideal role.
