Job Description: The General Classroom Assistant will be integral to the smooth running of our classrooms, providing essential support to our teachers and students. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging educational activities.
• Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups to enhance learning.
• Contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supporting the organisation and management of classroom resources.
• Monitoring and supporting student behavior and engagement.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and the development of young people.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
