Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and proactive Primary Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary schools across Southampton. Whether you have prior classroom experience or are looking to gain it, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

• Support pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis with learning activities.

• Assist the class teacher with classroom management, resources, and planning.

• Contribute to a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Support pupils with additional learning needs (including SEND where applicable).

• Provide feedback on progress and help track pupil achievement.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (in a school, tutoring, or youth setting).

• A caring and patient approach, with excellent communication skills.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• Right to work in the UK.
