Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Southampton and the surrounding areas.
Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to start your journey in education, we offer flexible opportunities to suit your availability and experience.
Your Role Will Include:

Supporting pupils in the classroom – 1:1, in small groups, or whole class settings

Assisting the teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons

Encouraging pupil progress and maintaining a positive learning environment

Helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically
-
Working closely with school staff to support students with a range of needs, including SEN

Experience working with children or young people (in or out of school settings)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
