Location: Southampton, Hampshire 

Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier)

Pay: from £13.75 per hour 

Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is looking for friendly and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Southampton.

About the Role:

• Support children with additional needs (like autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties)

• Work one-to-one or with small groups in the classroom

• Help pupils stay focused and reach their goals

• Work closely with teachers and other support staff

• Help create a safe, positive learning environment

What You Need:

• Experience working with children (in schools, care, or similar roles)

• A calm, patient and flexible attitude

• Good communication skills

• A passion for helping children learn and grow
