Position: Flexible Teaching Assistant
- Location: Southampton and surrounding areas
- Job Type: Flexible working (1 to 5 days per week, based on your availability)
Role Overview:
- As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work in various schools, covering staff absences due to sickness or planned leave.
- No prior school experience is needed! We value your positive attitude and passion for supporting children.
- You’ll work with pupils who have a range of additional needs, gaining valuable in-school experience.
- Whether you’re looking for part-time or full-time roles, we can find the right fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
- Assist with small group activities, one-on-one sessions, and general classroom tasks.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
