Job description

Location: Somerset | Pay: £13.75/hr | Start: ASAP

 

Do you have a passion for helping young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential? We’re looking for a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 7–16 in a PRU school setting.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils with a variety of needs including SEMH, communication, and behavioural difficulties.
  • Working closely with teachers to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
  • Helping students who’ve struggled in mainstream education find success.

 

You’ll Be Great If You:

  • Have experience with SEN (in or outside of schools)
  • Are calm under pressure and confident in managing behaviour
  • Love working as part of a supportive team
