Teaching Assistant

Are you a looking to secure a full time teaching assistant post from September? Do you hold previous experience working within mainstream secondary schools supporting pupils cross circular within their studies?

The SENCO seeks to appoint a combination of strong academic graduates and trained teaching assistants. It is essential that candidates wishing to be considered for this role hold previous experience working within secondary education, supporting pupils ranging in abilities and preferably those with moderate learning difficulties.

Within this role you will hold a number of responsibilities including;

*Supporting pupils within their studies across all subject areas

*Providing general support to classroom teachers

*Deliver additional tuition to pupils on a 1:1 basis   

*Liaising in partnership with the SENCO to support pupils with moderate learning difficulties

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
