We currently have exciting Teaching Assistant roles in the Bournemouth area. This opportunity will cover day to day and short term roles, with possible long term positions available for the right candidate.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will:
- Have a composed, patient and compassionate nature
- Adhere to strong behavioural standards and help implement them
- Be able to build a quick strong rapport with pupils and staff
- Committed to contributing to the development of the children academically
- Have experience working with and supporting students in small groups and one to one.
- Be competent working with all ages and abilities
- Strong team player and also has the ability to work off their own initiative
