Are you a passionate and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in secondary schools across Northamptonshire?
Teaching Personnel is expanding our dedicated supply network and we’re looking for qualified Teaching Assistants to join us from September 2025. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible working hours, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your lifestyle and career goals.
Locations:
Opportunities available across Northamptonshire including Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Daventry, and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants
-
Experience supporting students in a secondary school or similar setting
-
A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential
-
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
-
Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
Your role may include:
-
Supporting students in class under the direction of the class teacher
-
Providing one-to-one or small group intervention support
-
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
-
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
