Locations:

Opportunities available across Northamptonshire including Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Daventry, and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants

• Experience supporting students in a secondary school or similar setting

• A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude

Your role may include:

• Supporting students in class under the direction of the class teacher

• Providing one-to-one or small group intervention support

• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
