We are looking for a number of Teaching Assistants to work across Northampton supporting young students. We have a mixture of roles including general TA support and also 1:1 support. We are looking for experienced educators who want to make a difference and are able to committ to a full time role.

Hours are 8:30 - 3:30 Monday to Friday with the opporutnity for permanent roles for the right candidates.

The schools who are looking for Teaching Assisatants are mainly 2 form entry Central Northampton Schools who need additional support to offer the students the best education they can.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

- supporting the class teacher

-preparing resources

-taking students out for small group interventions

-creating a safe and inclusive learning environment

-giving additional support to students with SEN and additional needs including Autism and ADHD

This role is highly rewarding and a great step into Education paritcularly if you wish to develop your career into teaching.
