Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Teaching Assistants in the New Milton area to help support students starting from Easter 2024 in a variety of schools, SEN, Primary and Secondary.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate an affinity to the teaching profession and have a genuine passion to support students within their learning.
Our client secondary schools value resilience and kindness with warm and welcoming staff.
Short term, Long term & Permanent Vacancies Available.
£77 a day.
Duties will include:
- Developing the character of the young people
- Being a positive role model for students
- Supporting inside and outside the classroom
- Safeguarding pupils and protecting their well-being
- Having an adaptable working attitude
- Working on a 1:1 basis or with small groups
What we are looking for:
- Confident, self-motivated, and professional applicants with a passion for education
- Behaviour management skills
- Experience working with children in a classroom or similar environment
- Applicants who are reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile
- Enthusiastic and engaging
- Applicants willing to improve their professional development
Teaching assistants who tend to do well have had experience working in the following professions, care assistants, social workers, sport coaches, youth workers, trainee teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
