Salary: £89.35 to £95.00 per day
Contract Type: Day to Day/Short term/Long term

Teaching Personnel are working in collaboration with the Brooke Weston Trust to seek enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in our family of schools. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, committed to making a difference, and keen to support students of all abilities in reaching their potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality education and care. Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting out, Brooke Weston Trust schools offer a nurturing and innovative environment where your career can grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Support students in the classroom, including those with additional learning needs

Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities

Provide one-to-one and small group interventions when required

Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Contribute to the monitoring and assessment of student progress

Work collaboratively with teachers and other colleagues across the Trust

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
