Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Horley, Surrey
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time (Term Time Only)
Job Description
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join supportive schools in Horley. This role involves working closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development in a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in the classroom, individually and in small groups
-
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
-
Help maintain a positive, engaging learning environment
-
Support pupils with a range of learning needs
-
Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
Requirements:
-
Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
-
A patient, caring, and dependable approach
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
A genuine interest in supporting children’s education
-
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
