Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated graduates to work as Teaching Assistants across primary and secondary schools in the Teesside area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience and kickstart your career in education.

About the Role:
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with pupils in small groups or 1:1 to boost learning and confidence
• Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Gain valuable insight into the world of education
• Receive ongoing training and development through Teaching Personnel
Requirements:
• A degree (any subject) – education or psychology degrees are a bonus
• A genuine interest in working with children and young people
• Strong communication, patience, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced staff
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
