Level 3 Teaching Assistants Needed – Hartlepool

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in primary education? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting multiple Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support schools across Hartlepool.

Location: Hartlepool
Start Date: September (flexible)
Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Pay: £90-£100 a day

About the Role:
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2
• Provide focused one-to-one and small group support to help children reach their potential
• Assist with behaviour management and support daily classroom routines
• Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and positive learning environment
• Help prepare learning resources and contribute to curriculum delivery

Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience supporting primary-aged children in educational settings
Knowledge of the primary curriculum is preferred
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being
Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

These are full-time roles, with opportunities for long-term or permanent positions for the right candidates.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
