Teaching Assistant
Job description
Owing to an increased demand for our services, we are actively searching for highly skilled Primary Specialist SEN Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors to join our team. The primary responsibility involves providing personalized 1-2-1 support to students in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 within the Gainsborough area.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be available a minimum of 5 days per week.
- Possess their own transport and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes.
- Hold a recognized Teaching Assistant qualification in the UK.
- Ideally, have experience supporting students with SEN across EYFS, Key Stages 1 and 2.
- Demonstrate strong behavior management skills.
The Role:
Every day brings new challenges, with the majority of work prebooked. While most assignments are scheduled, there may be occasions when you are on standby between 7 and 9 am. Responsibilities can range from providing support to students with ASC, ADHD, medical needs, and behavioral issues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
