Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established specialist secondary provision supporting young people aged 11–18 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) and additional SEND.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ learning, behaviour and personal development.

Support pupils in lessons and with learning activities
-
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
-
Build strong, supportive relationships with students
-
Assist with monitoring progress and reporting to staff
-
Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with young people or SEN (desirable)
-
Patient, resilient and adaptable approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
A genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH
-
Full UK driving licence (preferred)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
