Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Exeter)
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools in the Exeter area. We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates considering a career in teaching, or individuals with relevant childcare or education experience.
Whether you’re looking for full-time work or part-time flexibility, we can offer opportunities to suit your schedule.
About the Role:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in their learning and development
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and a safe, inclusive learning environment
About you:
- Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, or voluntary settings considered)
- Reliability and enthusiasm for helping pupils succeed
- Proactive and flexible approach to classroom needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
