Teaching Assistants – Dorchester and Surrounding Areas

Teaching Personnel is working with a number of primary and secondary schools in Dorchester to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in the classroom. Whether you have previous experience or are just starting out, we’d love to hear from you.

- Experience supporting children (education, care, or youth settings) desirable
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
- Ability to work closely with teachers and follow direction
- A genuine interest in helping pupils thrive academically and socially

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
