Teaching Assistant – Wimborne
Location: Wimborne, Dorset
Start Date: ASAP / October 2025 (flexible)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (Monday–Friday, term-time only)
Pay: £83 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming primary school in the Wimborne area who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and eager to help pupils reach their full potential.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Support pupils with additional needs to ensure they thrive academically and socially.
About You:
- Experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, or youth work) is desirable but not essential.
- A caring, reliable, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education.
- A valid child workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
