Job Duties:
The Teaching Assistant will support students in the classroom, assist with academic tasks, provide behaviour management support, work with students with special educational needs, and offer support to small groups and individuals.
Required Qualifications:
Teaching Assistant Qualification, Degree, A Levels, Level 3
Education:
Relevant educational qualifications in teaching assistance
Experience:
Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong behaviour management skills, ability to provide academic support, experience with special educational needs, and capability to work with small groups and individuals
Preferred Qualifications:
Further qualifications in education or relevant field
Working Conditions:
Full-time hours, working in a school environment, supporting students with varying needs and backgrounds

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
