The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
We're proud to partner with esteemed SEN schools in Rugby, Coventry, Nuneaton, and Henley in Arden, and we're on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team as SEN Teaching Assistants. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to receive exceptional training, mentorship, and the rewarding experience of supporting students aged 6 to 15 during their crucial developmental years.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and group interventions for students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Behavioral Needs.
- Maintain detailed reports to monitor student progress and performance.
- Collaborate with SENCOs, Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and parents to provide tailored support for students.
- Earn a competitive salary of £83 - £100 per day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
